For Cobros, the design process with our clients starts with listening to your needs and expectations. We take our time over the design, it is not a rushed sales talk, but a relaxed exploration of the possibilities and your ideas. The design is free, and because it is so important, we make sure it’s right before you place your order.
Site Survey & Measuring Up |
After discussing your basic requirements, we then undertake a site survey. In addition to taking comprehensive measurements, we also use the opportunity to use our experience to expand on your ideas, to ensure your kitchen is to your satisfaction. |
Kitchen Services & Building Works |
We will then thoroughly examine the present services and note any alterations that will be needed for your new kitchen. With our extensive building experience, you can also count on us to provide first class ideas on how to make the most of your new kitchen. All our work meets or exceeds current regulations for gas, water and electrical services. |
Preliminary Report & Design |
Once we have thoroughly analysed your requirements, we produce an initial design and report. This report will look at any options discussed and provide rough costings designed to make your decision more straightforward. |
Review & Final Specification |
On the basis of the initial report, we then hold an informal meeting to agree on final specifications including colours, tiles, flooring and appliances. This is a thorough process to ensure every detail has been considered and planned. |
Final Design Agreement |
The result of the review process is to produce the detailed design and specification of your new kitchen. Every detail is accounted for, and from this point you are then ready to order your new kitchen. |
